Hi, I’m Brooklynn!

I’m Brooklynn Mayolo — culinary trained, shaped by kitchens and tables across nearly 30 countries, and proud to have cooked at ABC Kitchen, a James Beard Award-winning restaurant in the Jean-Georges group in New York City. I built my own pizzeria from the ground up before the military moved our family across the Pacific.

Today I’m a mother of three, a military spouse, and still the same dreamer who hasn’t let go of her restaurant for a single day.

A Pleasant Palate is where I cook through the chaos, the moves, the dinners that have to happen regardless, and the dream I’m building back up one meal at a time.
